Other Client Settings
Control Options, Game Options, Resolution, and Game Feedback Options are mostly personal preference. Resolution depends on whether you prefer fullscreen or windowed play.

Diamond Edition on Lutris
Once Neverwinter Nights appears under your installed games in Lutris, right-click the banner and select Configure. Under Game Info, you may rename the game to Sinfar if desired; this changes only how it appears to you.
Game Options
Change the executable from:
NWN.EXE
to:
Sinfarx.EXE
The remaining paths should usually not need to be changed.
