The Seven Rules of Contribution
| Rule | Standard |
|---|---|
| 1. Give the page one mission. | Every article should answer one clear primary question. |
| 2. Help the reader accomplish something. | Practical usefulness outranks decorative language or exhaustive detail. |
| 3. Search before creating. | Confirm the information does not already have a canonical home. |
| 4. Link instead of duplicating. | Summarize related information and direct the reader to its proper page. |
| 5. Verify every link. | A link is complete only when it reaches the intended destination. |
| 6. Preview before publishing. | Check structure, spelling, links, images, mobile readability, and page flow. |
| 7. Leave the Wiki stronger. | Every contribution should improve clarity, accuracy, navigation, or shared knowledge. |

Before You Publish
✓ Check the Mission
Can a reader tell what the page is for and what they can accomplish there?
➜ Check Every Link
Open every important link and confirm it reaches the correct destination.
◈ Check the Reader’s Path
Make sure the page is not a dead end and gives the reader a clear next step.
Need Guidance?
Ask before guessing. If you are unsure whether information is current, where a page belongs, or how a system works, ask other players, builders, DMs, or Wiki maintainers before publishing it as fact.
